There are 7 offices at The Granary Business Centre ranging from 500 - 1200 sq ft. All the offices are developed to a high specification with access to our fibre optic leased line broadband for  all your IT needs. This provides excellent up and download speeds (100 mb) and wifi throughout the building and in the garden. Units supply heat or air conditioning to the rooms and all the offices have opening windows for fresh air circulation. Where possible  we have retained the original beams for character. The offices have ample parking space and can make use of shared services such as the meeting room, breakout areas, garden, staff kitchen and toilets and shower room. There is a daily catering service to the offices and plenty of outdoor space for walking and relaxing. We have a wildlife area for staff to unwind in at lunch times and a new Wellbeing garden to allow staff to relax and work outdoors. Holmes Chapel village is 5 minutes away by car or 15 minutes walk. There is a station at Holmes Chapel and Manchester Airport is about 25 minutes drive away.
