We are located near to many excellent riding establishments and hacking from the yard is good. The all weather arena is sand and rubber,  25m x 48m and has lights for winter evenings.  There are show jumps both in the arena and in the summer an outdoor paddock (weather permitting).

Each horse has their own good sized paddock with its own access, so there is no need to go through other horses fields. These have to be kept clean by owners but rolling and other field maintenance is carried out by the farm. Each field has its own water trough. 

Stable sizes vary from 12 x 12 (2) to 12 x 14 (10) and are either wood or brick. 9 of our stables are housed within a large and airy barn fitted with Monarch stables and fully fitted heat sealed mats. There is plenty of room in the barn to tie up horses outside stables and tie up points on the yard also. We have a wash box with warm water and easy access muck heap. Water taps are close to stables as is the hay/haylage store which is located inside the barn. There is a secure facility for each livery for tack and personal belongings and shavings and a rug rack and hay storage facility for each horse in the barn.

There is also facility for storing trailers and lorries (extra charge).

Livery is currently £50/week this includes all hay and haylage. Owners are required to buy their own bedding. Please note this has to be shavings or similar, not straw.
